Mindfulness Practice Day: "Being Present – Coming Home”
Saturday 18th November 2017, 10am – 4:30pm
with Barbara Hussong
This is an opportunity to deepen our Mindfulness practice. We will be exploring the theme in our Mindfulness practice with guided meditation, dialogue and exercises– What does BEING PRESENT – COMING HOME mean to us? How can we notice more often when we fall back into our habitual patterns of tuning out or disconnecting? How can we foster this way of being present and responsive in our practice and particularly in everyday life situations? - Then we have plenty of time to let the theme settle during sitting, walking and movement meditation.Large parts of the day, including the lunch break, will be in silence in order to be able to focus on our experience from moment-to-moment. In the afternoon, there will be an opportunity to have a private conversation with me about your Mindfulness practice and any related questions you might want to bring up.
