Next Mindfulness Practice Day:
A Day-long Mindfulness Retreat with Barbara Hussong
Saturday 17th FEBRUARY 2018, 7.30 am – 9 pm
This is a new opportunity to deepen our Mindfulness practice and to apply Mindfulness in daily life activities. The day will include Mindfulness sitting and walking meditations, Mindful movements, a talk, free time for yourself and a work period in which we prepare our meals together, maintain our environment indoors and outdoors and build a community of practitioners.
Large parts of the day will be in silence in order to be able to focus on our experience from moment-to-moment. In the afternoon there will be an opportunity to have a private conversation with me about your Mindfulness practice and any related questions you might want to bring up.
Fee: early bird until 12th January: £65 (concs. available), thereafter: £70
The fee includes three vegetarian meals, refreshments and teaching.
