Day-long Mindfulness Retreat:
Saturday 14th JULY 2018, 7.30am – 9pm
This is a new opportunity to deepen our Mindfulness practice of re-collecting; bringing mind and body back together in one place more of the time and applying Mindfulness in daily life activities. The day will include Mindfulness sitting and walking meditations, Mindful movements, a talk, free time for yourself and a work period in which we prepare our meals together, maintain our environment indoors and outdoors and build a community of practitioners.
Large parts of the day will be in silence in order to be able to focus on our experience from moment-to-moment. In the afternoon there will be an opportunity to have a private conversation with me about your Mindfulness practice and any related questions you might want to bring up.
Fee: early bird until 10th June: £65 (cons. available), thereafter: £70
Includes three vegetarian meals, refreshments and teaching
