For the last 25 years I have been working with individuals in private practice offering

I received the Diploma in Biodynamic Psychotherapy and the Certificate in Biodynamic Massage from the Gerda Boyesen Centre in London.

I am a member of the London School of Biodynamic Psychotherapy (LSBP), the Association for Biodynamic Massage Therapists (ABMT) and I am registered with the United Kingdom Council for Psychotherapy (UKCP) and adhere to their codes of professional ethics and conduct, which also includes ongoing supervision and engaging in continuous professional development. 

I teach Mindfulness courses to small groups and to individuals in Kent.

I am an associate teacher at the Mindfulness Network and offer supervision to Mindfulness teachers and supervision/mentoring to Mindfulness practitioners. I also teach Tai Chi classes and I have been a practising meditator for over 30 years and lead a regular meditation group. For more information go to Zenmeditationmaidstone.org

For Therapeutic Massage I trained at the Finchley School of Physical and Natural Therapies in London and I received attunements for Reiki level I and II in Germany and the USA in the 1990s.

I trained in the Mindfulness approach at the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice(CMRP) at the University of Wales, Bangor, and am involved in regular supervision and ongoing training. 

I trained as a teacher in the Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living course with Erik van den Brink and Frits Koster receiving my teacher's certificate in 2017.

I adhere to the Centre for Mindfulness Research and Practice Code of Practice and Ethics. I also adhere to the Good Practice Guidelines of the British Association for Mindfulness-Based Approaches (BAMBA.org.uk) and am included in the UK listing of Mindfulness teachers on their website.
