A 3-day silent residential mindfulness retreat
Emerson College in Forrest Row near East Grinstead, RH18 5JX
Thursday evening to Sunday afternoon, May 23rd - 26th, 2019.
Retreats are a very important way to strengthen and deepen our mindfulness meditation practice. This year we will be gently exploring BEGINNINGS, finding how our mindfulness practice can help us relate to our trepidation at beginnings and even fear of uncertainty and change in all aspects of our lives. We will explore how we can learn to link into our grounded presence, opening to each new moment with wonder, trusting our innate ability to respond spontaneously and creatively to whatever arises, staying open and allowing change to happen.
The only requirements for coming on this retreat are that you have done an 8-week mindfulness course, have been keeping up some form of practice, and can come for the entire retreat. You don’t need to have done a retreat before, though it is good if you have!
