Fees for each as advertised
Fees for therapies and supervision are on a sliding scale and range from £25 to £60, according to the kind of therapy and the length of treatment.
Choosing - which therapy is the one for me? If you are not certain which treatment meets your needs best, I will be happy to talk to you and assess your situation with you and help you find the therapy approach that suits you best for your particular circumstances.
Biodynamic Psychotherapy
stimulates and activates the person’s physical and psychological self-healing potential, bringing about a greater integration of body and mind, for dealing with depression, anxiety, loss of meaning, psychosomatic problems, etc.
Biodynamic Massage
is used either separately or as an integral part of Biodynamic Psychotherapy. Specifically designed massage techniques help balance and harmonize your energy.
Therapeutic Massage
using oils, stimulates the circulation and releases tension in the affected areas e.g. pain arising from neck and shoulder stiffness, muscular backache and tension headaches.
Reiki Healing
the subtlest level of healing, balances the body-mind energy flow. During treatment (in which you remain fully clothed) the practitioner lays her hands on areas of the body to generate healing.

Acceptance & Change

A 2-Day Online Mindfulness Retreat
Friday 22nd - Sunday 24th November 2024 at 3.30 pm

with Barbara Hussong and Chantek Mary McNeilage

Acceptance and change can for some can be a challenge, such as the change of season, changes within our being, in our environment or circumstances etc. In the space of the retreat, we can become more aware of our habitual reactivity to these changes and allow the possibility of new perspectives and acceptance to emerge.

Over these two days we will have time to deepen our practice and resource ourselves. The practices will be lightly guided, allowing us to touch into our own inner inquiry and drop into stillness in embodied grounded connection. Each day there will be a talk given by one of the facilitators and a time to share your experience if you wish. It is important to participate in the entire retreat. Please consider that the home environment is conducive for you to settle into a retreat without disturbance. You will need enough space for movement, lying down, standing and sitting practices.
The retreat will be held on the Zoom platform and we encourage you to use a laptop, computer or iPad and have your video camera on. If you haven’t used Zoom on your device, you might want to check out at www.zoom.us/test if your system is compatible with it.
For those needing to fulfil the retreat requirements for the Good Practice Guidelines & BAMBA, these 2 days can count towards the 5-day retreat requirement.

Fee: Between £90 – £140 please do feel free to offer what you can between these amounts.
We have limited places to 23 to avoid screen overcrowding.

If you have any further questions and to receive an application form, please do get in touch with Barbara via email on info@barbarahussong.co.uk or phone 01622 670587.

The next silent residential retreat is scheduled for 12 – 15 June 2025.

Mindfulness Supervision and Mentoring
I also offer supervision for Mindfulness teachers as well as individual mentoring and support for Mindfulness practitioners to develop their practice after completing the training.
Mindfulness Practice Days
Last Mindfulness Practice Day: "EMBODIED PRESENCE”
was held on Saturday 24th February 2024, 10 am – 4 pm
with Barbara Hussong
This is an opportunity to engage with and deepen our Mindfulness practice. The format of the day is similar to the All-Day Practice that was part of the 8-week Mindfulness course you have done in the past. You will be guided throughout the day in Mindfulness sitting, walking and movement meditation practices. In this way we can cultivate a sense of being present in our body and mind, and appreciating each moment with kindness - in our practice and with people around us in everyday life.

Large parts of the day, including the lunch break, will be in silence in order to be able to focus on our experience from moment-to-moment. In the afternoon there will be an opportunity to have a private conversation with me about your Mindfulness practice and any related questions you might want to bring up.
Early bird until 20th January: £55 (concs. available), thereafter: £60
Compassionate Living Days
Saturday 21st September 2024
10 am - 4 pm
to be held as a hybrid session in Maidstone ME16 or online via Zoom
This will be an opportunity to come together and practise the exercises of the MINDFULNESS-BASED COMPASSIONATE LIVING course that you have done in the past.

As we have been living with enormous challenges, compassion for ourselves and for others is a sane response to many pressures we are facing and this approach needs sustained and regular practice.
Much of this practice day will be in silence and at the end there is the space to share your experience.
We will take regular breaks from the screen for refreshments and lunch and include walking and movement practices.
The fee for the day is £60 for early applications until 15th July, thereafter the fee is £65.
For an application form or if you have any further questions about the technical side or regarding the suitability for you at this time, please get in touch on

or phone 01622 670587.
