Mindfulness-Based Compassionate Living Course
This course is suitable for people who have done an 8-week Mindfulness course, have maintained some form of regular practice and would like to explore and deepen Mindfulness and Heartfulness more. It offers practical ways of deepening mindfulness skills with compassion.
Stress Reduction through Awareness
An 8-week course to develop the ability to be more aware of one’s moment by moment experience and so helping to cope better with a wide range of physical and psychological difficulties. Regular home practice is essential, supported by CDs and workbook. Taught in small groups, one-to-one or as a distance learning course.

An opportunity to deepen our Mindfulness practice exploring the theme in guided Mindfulness practice, dialogue and exercises – What role does CONFIDENCE play in our lives? How can we notice more often when we fall back into our habitual patterns which often undermine our natural sense of confidence? How can we foster a way of being present and responsive in our practice and particularly in everyday life situations with a grounded sense of confidence? Including time to allow the theme to settle during sitting, walking and movement meditation.
